The ESOP is part of a comprehensive strategy that includes a 401(k) program and life insurance to ensure an employee-owner is rewarded financially for a long career of excellent work.
- Life Insurance: All employee-owners benefit from a basic policy at no cost, and you can purchase supplemental coverage for yourself and your family. Basic and optional supplemental coverage is also provided for accidental death and dismemberment.
- 401(k) Savings Plan: Invest in our 401(k) Savings Plan through pre-tax or Roth payroll deductions. We'll match 50 cents for each $1 contributed on the first 6.5 percent of your salary, plus you'll be fully vested in six years.
- ESOP: Eligible employee-owners share directly in the profitability of the company, and it doesn't cost them a thing. ESOP accounts have the potential to accumulate wealth in several different ways: through the cash contribution effective at year-end, the market performance on the daily-valued cash accounts, stock appreciation, and quarterly dividends.
