Burns & McDonnell, along with joint venture partner Zachry Industrial Inc., has been selected by Dominion Virginia Power to provide engineering, procurement and construction services for the 1,300 MW Warren County combined-cycle power project in Virginia.

BC Hydro has chosen a contractor to design and build the Northwest Transmission Line. The successful companies are Valard Construction, a Quanta Services company, and Burns & McDonnell. The team will be responsible for the design, materials procurement and overall construction of the transmission line.
