Comprehensive A/E design and construction support services fo the world-class GE Advanced Technology & Research Centre in Doha, Qatar.

Providing professional services including permitting; detailed design; procurement; construction management; and startup management for a new coal-fired steam electric power unit (Unit 2) with a nominal net electric power output of 850 MW. Also includes addition of a pulse jet fabric filter and wet flue gas desulfurization system on the existing Unit 1.
