Burns & McDonnell provided substation feeder getaway designs, and overhead and underground feeder rebuilds required for a new 115-kV to 12.5/7.2-kV substation for Big Bend Electrical Cooperative.
Recent and current projects included distribution line design including structure loading and cable pulling tension calculations, field surveying, field staking for construction crews, right-of-way research, easement descriptions, material list, one-line diagram, and construction drawings and details.
Provided construction inspection of contract crews for overhead and underground 12.5-kV feeders.
