Air Compliance Maintenance Project

Burns & McDonnell assisted a client in remaining compliant with the standards of their Title V permit under the supervision of their counsel.

Our client manufactures home furnishings using material such as wood, aluminum, spray paint and metal coating. Furniture manufacture at this plant is accomplished with the use of a wood shop, an aluminum foundry and a sand pile.

This effort involved a minimum of one visit to the facility to discuss requirements related to the Title V permit and the production of worksheets summarizing information about emissions of the plant. Burns & McDonnell also completed the 2001 Emissions Inventory Questionnaire EIC. We documented that a Form R is not needed for this client.
