Seabrook Cyber Security Plan Development

Burns & McDonnell is assisting FPL in cyber security plan development per Nuclear Energy Institute 08-09 and Network Information & Security Technology (NIST) SP800-53. Burns & McDonnell will:
- Conduct an on-site investigation to better understand the existing FPL cyber security process.
- Interview key Seabrook personnel regarding business operations, security mandates, controls, systems and security practices.
- Review security-related documentation and processes.
- Perform a high-level security architecture review.
- Evaluate strategic and operational information security processes.
- Assess the Seabrook implementation of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and security controls.
- Provide a list of threats for each control as identified in NIST SP800-53 and evaluate testing methodologies.
