Susquehanna-Roseland Project - PSE&G

Burns & McDonnell is providing program management services for the Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) portion of the Susquehanna-Roseland 230-kV/500-kV Transmission Line Project and PSE&G's capacitor bank addition project at its Cedar Grove Switching Station.
The Susquehanna-Roseland Project is a 500-kV transmission project consisting of 46 miles of new 500-kV transmission lines and rebuilding the existing 230-kV transmission line on an existing right-of-way that includes new switching stations in Jefferson and East Hanover, N.J.
Construction of the Roseland Station portion of the Susquehanna-Roseland Project began in August 2010, and the scheduled in-service date is June 2015. Burns & McDonnell has established a project office in New Jersey.
Branchburg Capacitor Bank
Burns & McDonnell is also providing program management services for PSE&G's Branchburg Capacitor Bank Project, including the addition of 500-kV capacitor banks and reconfiguration of the 500-kV switchyard from an open-air design to a GIS design.
Construction on the capacitor bank began in February 2011, with a scheduled in-service date of June 2012.
