Texas Center for Athletes

This 130,000-square-foot medical office building is designed for a group of physicians specializing in sports-related medicine. The project involved design of the shell building and all tenant spaces. Tenants include:

• Texas Center for Surgery — a six operating room ambulatory surgery center with an adjacent training room for medical students, residents and fellows
• STRIC Imaging Center — featuring 1.5 and 3 Tesla MRIs, CT and multiple imaging modalities
• Physical therapy center
• Pharmacy
• Several orthopedic and specialty practices

The project includes a two-story parking structure that allows restricted parking on the lower level and public parking on the upper level. Project completed by Rick Keeler while with another firm, prior to joining Burns & McDonnell.
