Burns & McDonnell has been integral in positioning the utility industry to effectively meet the regulatory requirements of the Clean Air Mercury Rule (CAMR). Several of our senior staff members are recognized as the leading mercury compliance experts in the nation.
Our involvement has included Hg testing, participation in Department of Energy research projects, activated carbon injection (ACI) system evaluation and design, evaluation of the Hg co-benefits for various technologies, and evaluation and procurement of Hg CEMs systems.
