Susquehanna-Roseland Project
Burns & McDonnell is working with PPL Electric Utilities and PSE&G as program manager for this 150-mile, 500-kV overhead transmission line project. When complete, this project will reduce overloading and alleviate congestion on existing power lines in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

American Electric Power
For more than 200 ongoing American Electric Power substation and transmission projects, Burns & McDonnell is providing engineering design, project management, procurement, construction management, testing and commissioning.

New England East-West Solutions
After identifying several weak transmission corridors, Northeast Utilities Service Co. turned to Burns & McDonnell to serve as program manager on three transmission projects that will efficiently and cost-effectively strengthen interconnection throughout the region. For these three New England East-West Solutions projects, Burns & McDonnell will design a combined 113 miles of 345-kV overhead transmission, 59 miles of 115-kV overhead transmission and 19 substation upgrades.
