Regan Teel may be one of the most cheerful people you’ve ever met. She’s also one of the most driven. She began her first of four Burns & McDonnell summer internships after her freshman year in college. By the time she graduated, she had a ton of practical experience — and a job. Now, she gets to live her passion by helping clients build innovative structures with the commercial architecture group.

As a woman in STEM, she is committed to supporting girls in STEM. She works frequently with our K-12 Educational Outreach program, demonstrating how empowering engineering professions are.
