Sarah was born a problem solver. Growing up, she honed her skills on Legos. Today, she uses open-ended problem solving on the business side of Burns & McDonnell. Like many others, she became an engineer to make a difference. By identifying opportunities and finding efficiencies within the company, she feels she’s doing just that for every client and employee-owner.
If you’re a competitive person, you’re not going to give up. You’re not going to stop until you win. You’re not going to stop until it’s done right. The people we hire? They have those types of qualities.
On at least one occasion, people have misheard Sarah’s alma mater as the Colorado School of Mimes. She’s game enough to break out the “going down the escalator” trick in response.
