To find the best places to work for millennials, The Center for Generational Kinetics partnered with the workplace excellence research firm Best Companies Group, which manages more than 50 "Best Places to Work" programs around the globe. BCG analyzed data from the more than 4,000 U.S. organizations that participated in BCG's various programs. BCG included policy and benefit offerings from the employer questionnaires, as well as the employee engagement data from the over 500,000 employee surveys conducted in the last 12 months.
This year, Burns & McDonnell was also named No. 15 on the 2015 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. This is the fifth year the firm has received this prestigious recognition. The firm also earned the No. 3 spot on the 2015 Best Places to Work in Virginia list.
