KANSAS CITY, Missouri (April 24, 2018) — After reviewing survey responses from more than 51,000 employees, Great Place to Work and Fortune have named Burns & McDonnell as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in the Consulting & Professional Services. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. Burns & McDonnell ranked No. 8 on the national list.
