The project was designed and constructed using a multiple contract approach. Equipment contracts were prepared separately for the combustion turbine (with ancillary equipment), electrical equipment, oil water separator, gas conditioning skid and miscellaneous pumps. Construction contracts included heavy haul, site preparation, foundations, mechanical, field erected tanks and electrical packages.
