As the prime consultant for this multibillion-dollar, state-of-the-art program, we are the lead A/E for the design with overall control of the design team for the total replacement of Delta’s Terminals C and D with one new terminal. The new terminal will include 37 gates on four concourses with a centralized lobby, security checkpoint and baggage claim. Additional terminal space will allow for added seating, wider walkways and local restaurants that reflect the city for a new kind of airport experience. Technology, sustainability and energy efficiency are key to the overall design of the new space.
Additional improvements include large Delta Sky Clubs, direct garage access, roadways, curbside check-in, and drop-off and pick-up area, allowing for the convenience travelers are looking for in their overall passenger experience.
Corgan, serving as the project architect as a consultant to our team, is responsible for the overall architecture of the project with oversight from our management team. The experience working together is a testament to what our firms can bring to an innovative program.
