This $7.7 million, 14,000-square-foot dining facility supports Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) training students with indoor and outdoor dining options. The dining facility supports 600 students housed in adjacent dormitories and was designed to accommodate expansion to 1,000 students by 2015. The facility serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and provides for "scatter" serving. Total seating capacity is 200. Food service includes an entrée counter, fast order grill, hot bar, salad bar, desert bar, grab-and-go cases, and hot and cold beverage stations.
