Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District
Completion Date: 2014
Location: McConnell AFB, Kansas
In support of base development for the new KC-46A mission at McConnell AFB, our team developed area development plans (ADPs) for the flightline district, operations group district and the dormitory district. The KC-46A ADPs were developed in collaboration with the 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and Air Mobility Command (AMC) in combination with the development of facility transition plans to support McConnell AFB becoming Main Operating Base No. 1 (MOB1) for the KC-46A. The ADPs provide a logical and consistent means to establish a coordinated short-range, mid-range and long-range KC-46A program transition for each district.
