- Rebranding Program
With the merger of American Airlines and US Airways, American Airlines needed a complete rebranding of all legacy American Airlines and legacy US Airways at airport terminals, hangars and off-site facilities. Time was of the essence, because a target date for complete replacement of the legacy brands was set. We served as program manager of the entire program, which includes 224 domestic and international locations. We also were selected to design 132 of the locations nationwide as a related — but separate — task. The ability to manage large teams, whether directly or indirectly, requires purposeful and meaningful assignments for tasks, individuals and reporting.
