We provide the big-picture view that eliminates confusion and duplication.
Your project benefits from an integrated approach, taking it from concept through permitting and compliance and on to construction.
Your On-Site Regulatory Adviser
Legislative and regulatory bodies race to keep pace with the fastest-growing segment of an expanding domestic energy industry. Energy companies, drillers and operators seek the guidance and familiarity of a trusted adviser to successfully navigate evolving federal, state and local regulations, helping to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions for their unique challenges. Our professionals can guide you in staying on top of the ever-changing regulatory environment.
Our team will come to you, with experience to mobilize the necessary resources to support your project. We have worked in all the major shale plays, including Bakken, Barnett, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Fayetteville, Permian, Niobrara, Mississippian Lime and Marcellus/Utica. Our employee-owners' focused approach is tailored to enable our work to conform to your objectives and budget, remaining flexible to adapt to schedule demands.
Our experience working with numerous companies means we understand that successful projects must safely meet schedules while maintaining budgetary controls. We provide pipeline routing studies and surveying to identify the most efficient pipeline alignments. This planning process includes identification and delineation of wetland and stream crossings, and documentation of endangered species, from rare plants to Indiana bats.
We are well-versed in the latest permitting requirements as they apply to erosion and sediment controls, stream and wetland crossings, and air permitting. Our extensive experience includes environmental permitting of gathering system components and pipelines, including those requiring certification. We assist midstream clients with civil design and construction of compression stations and fractionation plants, as well as rail transport facilities.
Well Pads & Support Facilities
You can rely on us to permit and design efficient well pad and support facilities. Factors such as ecological resources, topography, earthwork magnitude, traffic flow and geotechnical constraints are considered in our designs. Our professionals also provide support for pre- and post-drilling water well surveys, water use and water management planning and permitting, gas migration studies, and stray gas mitigation.
We provide emergency spill-response management and have mitigated releases of drilling fluids, drilling wastewater pipeline releases and other spills. We also assist with air permitting, greenhouse gas inventories and reporting. Our Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) are formatted for your specific needs.
