In the community:

I serve on the board of the Wallingford and Meriden YMCA. As a Wallingford resident, I am passionate about making my local community stronger.

How would you describe your leadership style?

I lead by example and maintain an open-door policy. My goal is to act as a servant leader and do whatever I can to make those around me successful.

What’s the coolest part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is recognizing and promoting our people. I also find it incredibly engaging to work with our clients to solve their toughest challenges.

How do you and your team make the world a better place?

The world needs what Burns & McDonnell provides more than ever. We plan, permit, design and build the critical infrastructure our world needs to be viable, including power generation, electric and gas transmission, data centers, airports, and manufacturing facilities.

What do you do in your free time?

I spend most of my free time with my family, whether it’s attending my kids’ events or traveling. We had an amazing safari trip to Tanzania, Africa, this year, and I still try to get some fishing in when I can.
