How would you describe your leadership style?

My leadership style comes down to putting people first and staying true to our employee ownership culture, where everyone has a stake in how we show up and succeed. I focus on giving clear direction, removing roadblocks and creating an environment where the team can grow and bring their best ideas forward. When the team is thriving, we’re all moving in the right direction.

What’s the coolest part of your job?

Working closely with all of our groups supporting so many critical industries and seeing firsthand just how many incredibly talented people we have across the company is the coolest part of my job. I always knew it in principle, but experiencing that level of talent up close has been something else entirely. Collaborating with so many exceptional employee-owners has been energizing and inspiring.

What excites you most when you look at the future of our company?

I’m energized by how we’re embracing technology and AI to push the boundaries of what’s possible. As we automate routine tasks and tap into smarter tools, we’re creating new capacity to deliver even greater value for our clients. The opportunity ahead is enormous, and our teams are already thinking bigger and moving forward every day.

What do you do in your free time?

Most of my free time is spent with my family, and it’s my favorite way to recharge. I love international travel — Iceland is a favorite — and enjoy anything outdoors in Colorado, including camping, hiking and skiing.
