Kelly Jeffcote brings a strategic, enterprisewide perspective to procurement, supporting complex projects through strong collaboration, disciplined execution and global supply chain leadership.

With more than 18 years of experience at Burns & McDonell, Kelly leads the global procurement strategy, overseeing corporate and construction project procurement and enterprise supply chain operations supporting approximately $6 billion in annual spend. 

How would you describe your leadership style?

I would say I lead with resilience and a human-centric focus. Strong leadership is essential for growth while we support complex projects in today’s innovative world. I believe doing so with trust and openness with my team creates an environment where we can flourish and deliver successful projects.

What’s the coolest part of your job?

No two days are the same. I am fascinated and energized by the variety of projects our team works on. My career in supply chain has given me the opportunity to travel the world and partner with a supplier base dedicated to solving challenging problems. I am thankful for the opportunity to build and lead a great team focused on generating success and taking care of one another along the way.

What excites you most when you look at the future of our company?

I am excited by the endless opportunities that exist for employee-owners willing to raise their hands, meet a challenge head-on and go where they are needed. Watching others develop and grow in our organization is extremely rewarding.

What excites you most when you look at the future of infrastructure and the construction industry?

The ability to actively participate and witness the impact of innovation and technological advancements on construction delivery is very exciting to me.
