What inspired you to pursue your career?

I’ve always loved solving problems and was fascinated by the built environment. My father’s work in trucking safety sparked my interest in transportation design. I studied civil engineering with a focus on transportation and began my career in aviation, which led to global opportunities. I feel fortunate to work in a field that positively impacts the world.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I’ve worked on projects across five continents and more than 20 countries, including spending extended time in Iraq and Afghanistan. I value the opportunity to work across cultures as these experiences have helped me grow personally and professionally.

What’s the coolest part of your job?

Seeing how our work improves lives and strengthens global security is incredibly rewarding. In the U.K., I enjoy bridging cultures and helping our teams deliver impactful projects. Connecting people and building relationships across borders is a highlight of my position.

What excites you most when you look at the future of infrastructure and the construction industry?

We’re in a transformative era. Traditional sectors like aviation and transportation remain vital, but emerging areas like data, sustainability and environmental impact are reshaping the world of construction. I believe our breadth of experience and unique employee-ownership culture will continue to fuel our success.
