This is the third consecutive year the engineering, construction and architecture firm has been recognized among the Healthiest Employers in Kansas City.

The assessment scored organizations on the wellness program's culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis. Burns & McDonnell was selected for the wide range of tools, resources, amenities and educational opportunities it provides, supporting employee-owners mental, emotional, financial and physical health.
