PROJECT

Mine ZLD Water Treatment Facility

Our team completed phases 1 and 2 of a zero liquid discharge (ZLD) water treatment facility for Cargill’s underground salt mine in Lansing, New York. The current phase 3 will be turnkey engineer-procure-construct (EPC) delivery of the facility.

The ZLD facility — sized at 65 gallons per minute (GPM) — is a mechanical vapor recompression treatment plant to treat contact water from mining operations. Our project scope includes all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process components.

This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of the mine water treatment facility is meticulously designed and documented, adhering to the highest engineering and construction standards.
