Paul Fischer

Chief Operating Officer
Growth

Paul Fischer has a simple formula for success: Hire the best people, put them in jobs they love and keep clients’ best interests front and center.

This formula helped Paul turn a small Denver office into a thriving regional center of excellence as well as expanded our firm’s presence across the U.S. from eight regional offices to nearly 60 offices domestically. Paul oversees our firm’s Americas regions as well as major markets of electrical transmission and distribution, global facilities, aviation, federal, water, environmental, and transportation, providing leadership for long-term strategy and growth. He joined the firm in 1988 and soon became a project manager, working his way up to lead the Denver office before taking leadership of the firm’s regional offices. In 2015, he was selected to join the board of directors.
