Paul Fischer

Chief Operating Officer
Growth

Paul Fischer has a simple formula for success: Hire the best people, put them in jobs they love and keep clients’ best interests front and center.

This formula helped Paul turn a small Denver office into a thriving regional center of excellence as well as expand our firm’s presence across the U.S. from fewer than 550 employee-owners in 10 offices to more than 14,500 employee-owners in 70 offices. Paul oversees our firm’s markets and regions across the country, providing leadership for long-term strategy and growth. He joined the firm in 1988 and soon became a project manager, working his way up to lead the Denver office before taking leadership of the firm’s regional offices. In 2015, he was selected to join the board of directors.

In the community:

Paul is actively involved in his local community. He supports organizations including:

  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, board member
  • American Water Works Association Rocky Mountain Section, former board chair
  • YMCA of the Rockies, former board member
