With more than four decades of consulting experience supporting major international corporations, Steve Gross has turned his passion for employee growth, professional development and mentorship into a career that spans the globe.

Steve has been a trusted adviser to our company for more than 35 years, beginning when we became an employee-owned company in 1986. Since then, he has worked to help us bring the employee ownership model to life, providing an objective outside perspective. As a consultant, he focuses his time on helping organizations develop their unique employee value proposition to drive results. In 2021, he was named a board member of the firm, helping us continue to evolve the vision of our company’s future.

I've always been interested in understanding how things work to be able to seek greater productivity and efficiency.
