Burns & McDonnell University: Our on-site educational programs offer technical, computer, safety, and personal and professional development classes. More than 1,600 classes are taught each year, conveniently offered during lunch, after regular working hours or online.

Professional registration: We expect all our qualified technical professionals to apply for state registration when they are eligible. And we make it easy to do so, with paid time off to take examinations and 100% coverage of the initial registration fee and annual renewals.

Professional society memberships: Because we believe a presence in professional service organizations is evidence of our commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards, we'll cover your membership fees.

Technical certification: We encourage our employee-owners to seek technical recognition through certification. For eligible employees, we'll pay 100% of initial certification and annual renewal fees.

Tuition assistance: After six months of service, you may qualify for tuition assistance while you earn an advanced technical degree. An MBA, depending on your position and tenure, also might be eligible for reimbursement.
