BREA, California (Feb. 2, 2017) — After growing in California from a few employee-owners to nearly 200 since opening its doors in the 1990s, Burns & McDonnell is expanding its presence in Orange County. The firm relocated its team within Brea to accommodate plans to grow by 50 percent across the state throughout the next three years.
“Turn-key, engineering, consulting, environmental, construction and architecture solutions have become paramount for our clients as they face major infrastructure upgrade needs and complex regulatory changes,” says Renita Mollman, vice president and general manager of California offices. “We’re excited to grow our California team so we can continue providing those solutions.”
The firm’s new location spans 38,277 square feet, can accommodate more than 140 employees and boasts amenities such as state-of-the-art conference rooms, a fitness center and outdoor pavilion. Mollman says the office space reflects the firm’s dedication to providing employees with a “Best Place to Work” environment.
