- Get Oriented: Start with a comprehensive orientation to answer questions about operations, benefits or anything else you need to know.
- Meet Your Mentor: Your mentor will be your primary sounding board. (Though you'll find a friendly attitude from all your colleagues!) Your mentor is chosen to be relevant to you and your areas of interest.
- Jump Right In: Train on the job with the constant support of your team and your mentor, enjoying the collaborative environment that leads to personal and project success.
