MUMBAI, India — Burns & McDonnell India, a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S.-based engineering, construction and architecture firm Burns & McDonnell, is pleased to announce the appointment of Breck McGary, PE, as chief executive officer (CEO) of Burns & McDonnell India, effective Aug. 11, 2025.

McGary brings over 20 years of industry experience, including nine years of progressive leadership at Burns & McDonnell. He most recently served as vice president and Bengaluru office manager, and prior to that led the Transmission & Distribution Group in India, managing a team of more than 400 engineers and designers supporting 70 global client teams across 10 business lines. His track record includes establishing the Bengaluru office, a pivotal move that set the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth in the region.
