ST. LOUIS, Missouri — Burns & McDonnell has promoted Eric Dulle, PE, to Regional Global Practice Manager for Environmental Services in the firm’s Midwest Region. In his new role, Dulle will guide teams delivering environmental planning, investigation and remediation services for clients across 10 states.
Throughout his 17-year career with the firm, Dulle has led multimillion-dollar projects covering soil and groundwater cleanup, stream restoration and complex site redevelopment. As a department manager for Burns & McDonnell’s remediation practice, he oversaw programs and led teams managing projects ranging from soil and groundwater treatment, asbestos abatement, and tank removals to civil design for electrical substations and coal combustion residual (CCR) impoundment closures.
“Eric’s proven field experience and people-first leadership style make him the right choice to grow our environmental practice in the Midwest,” says Breck Washam, PE, F.NSPE, senior vice president and general manager of the Midwest Region. “He understands our clients’ needs and empowers teams to deliver practical, tailored solutions that drive impact.”
Dulle began his Burns & McDonnell career fabricating and commissioning mobile remediation treatment systems for projects throughout the Midwest Region, eventually moving into leading environmental construction efforts for a variety of remediation clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and earned the firm’s EPC Project Management (EPC PM) certification in 2022. As a member of the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC), a nonprofit organization focused on developing tools and strategies for the advancement of environmental technologies, Dulle collaborates with colleagues to further industry knowledge and innovation.
“Leading this group is an honor,” Dulle says. “I’m excited to build on our strong foundation and collaborate with my fellow employee-owners to continue to deliver safe, efficient environmental solutions for our clients and communities.”
