Industry Leader Sarah Isbell Joins Burns & McDonnell to Head Water Services in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana

DALLAS, Texas — With nearly two decades of engineering, project management and program management experience in the water market, Sarah Isbell joins Burns & McDonnell in Dallas, Texas. She will lead a growing team of water professionals, expanding the firm’s portfolio throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

“Sarah has a proven track record of successfully managing complex and challenging projects,” said Allen Xi, senior vice president and general manager of the firm’s Americas South Region. “Her industry experience, proven leadership and strategic vision perfectly position her to lead the expansion of our water capabilities in the region.”

Throughout her career, Isbell has successfully led water and wastewater teams including managing a more than $1 billion wastewater treatment and conveyance program for the City of San Mateo in California. She most recently served as vice president and general manager for Texas and Oklahoma at a large international firm. Isbell’s robust resume includes programs and projects in municipal drinking water, wastewater, and other general civil infrastructure.
