PROJECT

Stage 3 Meter Station

We provided progressive engineer-procure-construct (EPC) services for the development of a greenfield natural gas meter station and pipeline with a capacity of 2.5 billion cubic feet per day (BCFD).

The schedule-driven project supported efforts to supply additional natural gas to Cheniere Energy’s Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Stage 3 facility. Our team was engaged from the front-end engineering design (FEED) stage through commissioning and final completion.

The meter station project included filtration, metering, flow control, a 36-inch jumper line to the existing CCL meter station, and an electronic gas management (EGM) building. It also included a half-mile, 48-inch interplant pipeline to the CCL stage 3 LNG facility, including pig launcher and receiver. The new meter station is adjacent to the existing CCL meter station, constraining the construction and siting footprint.
