Our experience across the oil and gas industry includes all facets of compressor station, pump meter and regulating (M&R) station projects, from siting and permitting through design and construction. Our multidisciplinary team integrates with yours and is able to address complex, multisite efforts with robust project controls and project team leadership.
Our compression experience includes work within gas processing facilities, transmission pipelines and gas storage facilities. This experience includes pipeline modeling and design services for compression equipment and associated meter and pressure regulator stations to support transfer measurements. We have a team of rotating equipment specialists, piping engineers and designers, and instrumentation and controls engineers who have capabilities to address small and large projects.
Because we provide full engineer-procure-construct (EPC) services, we also provide design, procurement support and construction management services for these projects as needed.
Compressor Stations
Compressor station design services for new pipeline and pipeline expansion projects include feasibility, conceptual and detailed design, and procurement support as part of design-build or full EPC. Our compressor unit experience covers reciprocating engines, turbine engines and associated systems, such as dehydration and cooling. In addition, our in-house team can provide noise quality, air modeling and permitting services. Our compressor experience covers both reciprocating- and centrifugal-type compressors with gas turbine, electric and natural gas-driven engines, as well as associated systems such as air-cooled heat exchangers and filtration. In addition, our team provides quality and modeling services for both noise and air, along with permitting services related to compressor stations.
Meter & Regulator (M&R) Stations
Our experience with metering and regulating equipment includes natural gas transmission pipelines and distribution systems. We provide design and construction management services for various M&R stations, city gate stations, and related equipment such as pressure reduction systems, gas quality monitoring equipment, meters, filter separators, line heaters and odorization associated with custody transfer, pipeline interconnects, laterals, gate stations and other pipeline facilities.
Booster & Pump Stations
We provide design and construction services for new pipeline and pipeline expansion projects. Our design experience includes both new booster stations and upgrades to existing stations to meet new throughput requirements. In addition to the pipeline modeling to determine throughputs, our team coordinates the survey and site selection for proposed new sites; performs environmental reviews; coordinates with local utilities for power; and develops station piping and instrumentation diagrams, plans and construction drawings. We can manage the procurement of equipment and materials for booster station projects, including expediting long lead items to meet critical startup schedules. With more than 300 in-house construction management professionals, we can also assist with construction management or take on the entire project in an EPC role.
