TORONTO, Ontario — Burns & McDonnell, a 100% employee-owned engineering and construction firm, announced Andrew Spencer as regional director of transmission and distribution for Eastern Canada. Based in Toronto, Andrew will lead the region’s activities in energy infrastructure with a focus on the transmission and distribution markets.
