Manufactured Gas Plants (MGP)

At manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites, our strategic approach to investigation and remediation work assists our clients in evaluating and mitigating various challenges (live utilities, occupied/active facilities, congested areas, etc.) to safely address concerns of our clients and the community. Using a risk management approach — one that controls costs and meets goals for site remediation/restoration — we have helped owners of hundreds of former MGP sites address and resolve environmental impacts, delivering engineered solutions that meet client, stakeholder and regulatory goals as well as preserve mission-critical assets present at these sites. Our clear focus is achieving closure of the site, at the lowest cost to you.

Our project work has been recognized nationally for creative MGP remedial design solutions. We lead the industry in complete MGP capabilities, from initial studies to final remediation and closure. We have in-house professionals covering all potentially needed specialties, integrating solutions to deliver project closure efficiently, effectively and safely.
