Foreign Military Sales
International base developments require innovative and thorough partners to meet deadlines and complete critical design projects. Our foreign military sales (FMS) team has completed master planning, programming, design and construction support for numerous new base development facilities as well as additions and renovations of existing facilities.
We have completed transportation networks, infrastructure development and power supply projects for bases around the globe, and our work includes experience designing for tropical and severe environments.
Our extensive FMS portfolio reflects a working understanding of host nation processes, interagency coordination, and the country-specific conditions that shape project delivery. We have supported efforts ranging from base infrastructure and utilities to advanced aircraft beddown programs, including F‑16 and F‑35 weapon systems and associated training and support facilities. These programs require the planning and design of secure, mission-critical environments that integrate U.S. operational requirements with host nation regulations, standards and operational constraints.
