The selection of an execution approach is a critical factor in determining the success of design and construction projects. As a full-service design and construction firm, we execute projects through delivery mechanisms that cater to the needs and preferences of our clients. Our project delivery options include:
Self-Perform: Control the Critical Path
In a volatile marketplace, having the capability to self-perform certain construction scopes means we have more control over the critical path schedule, cost predictability, craft experience and skill levels. Through our in-house construction teams and our AZCO construction subsidiary, we offer the construction options you need for your project or region. Among the benefits of our self-perform delivery:
Safety. Our company's Live Safer culture extends through our teams on-site, where we plan and execute our work with a commitment to feedback, learning and coaching.
Quality. Our team prepares a quality control plan tailored for each project that includes each component, assembly and material.
Best-in-class construction equipment. We have invested in equipment to increase efficiency and enhance control along the critical path of construction. Direct control of our own equipment fleet minimizes schedule delays to better keep your project on time and on budget.
Workforce development. We invest in the growth and development of our employees, helping them build and maintain critical skills for construction. In a tight labor market, this enhances our ability to attract and retain the skilled tradespeople who help make projects successful.
Design-Build/EPC: Single-Source Accountability
Using an integrated project delivery approach — engineer-procure-construct (EPC) for industrial customers or design-build for commercial — our design and construction professionals work side by side as an interdisciplinary, collaborative team.
Construction Management/EPCM: Oversight on the Jobsite
We take responsibility for managing subcontractors and others who are building your project. As construction managers, we govern the schedule of construction activities, quality, safety and budget, accountable to you as owner.
Program Management
Project planning, design and construction of mega-scale projects and project portfolios allow you to remain focused on your core business. A program manager can ease such pressures by integrating with your team as a trusted partner.
Construction Only: Building Your Project
Because we have construction resources in-house, we can also execute construction-only projects for our clients.
